Consent is Sexy

Consent makes sense. Consent is necessary for sexual encounters and consent is sexy. But what are the questions to ask, how do you know where your limits are and how can you put all of it into words, especially if there is another person whose wishes and limits are involved. Expressing your consent or non-consent are essential skills in life. This workshop aims to guide you into an initial exploration of those questions. Che Harvey, a designer at the intersection of sexuality and technology, and Anneli vK, Cheex workshop host and sensuality coach, will demonstrate and provide a basic framework to understand the idea of consent in romantic/sexual settings, carry out practical verbal consent exercises and essentially share tools with you that can enrich shared sexual experiences and encounters by learning how to reach consent together.
