A Tantric Approach to Sex

What does tantric sex look like? And how can you implement it into your own sex life? In this Sunday-workshop, July Vaya, tantric love, sex & relationship coach will introduce us to the practice of creating a deeper connection to yourself and your partner(s) during sex. Whether this is a long-term relationship or a one-night-stand. Sex is never “just sex”. It is a form of expression, it is an energetic exchange and it can be a powerful way to share emotions. If we feel safe, sex can open us up to our own emotions, things that we have – consciously or unconsciously – been repressing. After an introduction to trauma and stress responses, July will guide us through a tantric pleasure practice including breath, movement and touch. This workshop is meant to teach you practices to take home with you. You can stay completely anonymous in this workshop while still engaging in the chat and asking questions you might have!
