Jealousy in Non-Monogamous Relationships

July 11th, 2023 8 pm CEST
How to befriend your jealousy

Jealousy is a feeling like any other. Especially in non-monogamous relationships, we can have very high expectations of our own emotional landscape and tend to judge ourselves or our partner(s). We often try to swallow it or rise above it. But depending on the relationships you have experienced throughout your life, your feeling of jealousy is completely valid. The question is how do we deal with it? Do you know why you are jealous? In this workshop Leanne Yau, aka Poly Philia, will guide us through our own relationship to jealousy. We will examine the different roots of jealousy, ways to pre-assess it and learn how to communicate this to your partner(s). We will talk about common mistakes and misconceptions around jealousy, especially when it comes to non-monogamous relationships.
