If your subscription is active and you're still experiencing difficulties, try clearing your cache and cookies and check if the page works on another browser.

If that doesn't work, then contact us using the form below and provide as much details as you can including screenshots of the issue.

If you have forgotten your password then please select 'Lost Your Password' from the log in page (getcheex.com/login/).

From there (getcheex.com/lost-password/) you can enter your email address and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password to the email address registered with the account.

  • If you cancel within your 7 day free trial then you will still have access to our services until the trial period expires.
  • You can check your subscription status and details on your account page after you have entered your password.

Please be advised that if you cancel your service before the renewal date or before your trial ends then you will not be charged for the subsequent period.

Please note that, as outlined in our policy, once a subscription is active and content has been accessed, refunds are generally not possible. This is standard for digital services.

If you do not know why your Paypal account or credit card has been used then please provide us with more details in the form below including the PayPal email address used or the first and last 4 digits of your credit card.

If you believe you have cancelled your subscription before the expiry date and have still been charged then please contact us and provide proof of cancellation.

You should have received an email from both CHEEX and our payment provider. Please provide a screenshot of these emails.

You can also see your subscription status in your account page (https://getcheex.com/account-new/) after entering your password. You can also send a screenshot of this page as well.

Please be advised that your free 7 day trial coupon code can only be applied to yearly subscriptions so if you selected the monthly subscription then the trial will not be applied.

If you believe you entered a coupon code for a yearly subscription then please provide details on what steps you took and the coupon code that was used.
