You can install our CHEEX app with a few clicks via browser.

For Apple users:

1. Open CHEEX in your Safari browser. 

2. Go to the “Share” icon in the Safari navigation bar.

3. Scroll down until you see the option “Add to home screen” and confirm.

You can now find CHEEX on your home screen and just have to log in again.

Note: If you have the problem that the player turns off as soon as your screen locks, simply update your operating system and the problem will be solved.

For Android users:

1. Open CHEEX in your browser.

2. Click the three dots in the navigation bar.

3. Scroll down until you see the option “Add to home screen” and confirm.
You can now find CHEEX on your home screen and just have to log in again.

Our ‘Learn’ section is available in both German and English. Our films and audio stories, on the other hand, are mostly in English. The main reason for this is that many of the high-quality productions we would like to offer you are in English. The live workshops are also mostly in English.

With a CHEEX subscription you have access to all films, audio stories, live tutorials and workshops as well as to our Learn area.

The flat-rate for the monthly subscription is 14,90 EUR and will be invoiced monthly. You can easily cancel every month in your settings or via our contact form by email. There is no minimum term.

If you decide on an annual subscription, you pay a one-off amount of 118.80 EUR at the beginning of the term. You can easily cancel your subscription online or via the contact form. The subscription will then end after the minimum term of 12 months, i.e. one year after your payment.

Currently we offer Paypal and credit card as payment methods. We use these payment methods to verify that our customers are of age. The content offered on CHEEX is of high quality and fairly produced, which means that artists are paid accordingly. By becoming a member of CHEEX you are making an important contribution to freeing pornography from its shadowy existence.

You can redeem your discount code or CHEEX voucher like this:

1. Register on CHEEX or log in with your existing login details.
2. Select annual subscription
3. Enter your code under “You have a code?”
4. Add your payment method and enjoy CHEEX

You can cancel your CHEEX annual subscription flexibly at any time in your account. Your membership will then end automatically at the end of the term.
In case of a monthly subscription, you can cancel the subscription for the end of the following month.

Refund requests will only be accepted if you didn’t download or watch any content. Please be aware that you need to contact our Customer Service team to receive your refund, as they are not processed automatically upon cancellation. Refunds are only possible 48 ours after your first payment.

You have the possibility to change your subscription type within your account at any time. Please note, however, that you must first take into account the term of the subscription that is already active in order to avoid double debits.

For example:
You have used the trial days for the annual subscription but cannot afford the price, but would still like to remain a CHEEX member and would like a monthly subscription? Cancel the free trial first and then sign up for the monthly subscription.

Even though we want you to be self-confident when dealing with sexuality, we naturally respect your privacy. There is no personalised advertising, nor do we pass on your data to third parties. Our billing is done through Mix & Match GmbH, this name appears on your bank statements.

You can use CHEEX mobile on your smartphone, tablet, SmartTV or in the desktop version.
